Very nervous can bending down hurt the baby?

I'm 17weeks 3days and I bent down to get something and my baby went crazy I never felt her so strong do you think I hurt her? This probably sounds crazy but we moms panic over everything please help!

No, she is probably just fine. She was just moving to accommodate the change in the shape of her space as you bent over. Your body is meant for that sort of thing!

She probably was just trying to get comfortable, I don't think it can hurt the baby to bend down, if we couldn't bend down we would have to like sit down to get stuff 😂, and that wouldn't be fun, I'm 18 weeks Friday, I bend at work and stuff and my baby is 100% okay. 💞
