So I'm two days past my due date. About 10 hours ago I started having strong contractions about 5 minutes apart. Since then they have went from between 5-10 minutes apart. I also just lost my mucus plug. My doctor said to labor at home as long as I can until the contractions are 3-5 minutes apart and I can't walk or talk through them. I'm a FTM and worried about not knowing when I should head in. I don't want to get there too soon just to have them send me home. But I also don't wanna wait too long and not make it. My sister just had my Niece a few months ago and she waited out strong contractions at home then her water broke and the baby came right away and they didn't make it to the hospital. So scary. After having regular timed contractions for so many hours I'm nervous I should go in now.
