No social media?

My boyfriend won't let me post any pictures of him or us on Facebook or Instagram. All I really want to do is show him off but he says that it's "embarrassing" and the last time I did it "his boys" made fun of him. Like. Seriously? We're 21 not like we're in highschool and it's just a picture. Do I have a right to be atleast a little bit frustrated?

I really don't want to sound like the girl that is just bitter. But I went through a similar situation. I tried to justify it in my head. I was never allowed to post pictures of us. If I could even get him to take a picture of the both of us. When he would take pictures with everyone. I tried to justify it in "oh he doesn't want social media to rule out relationship" "I shouldn't be so petty" which in a lot of ways social media shouldn't rule your relationship. But if you just want to post a picture and be like this guy makes me happy and I want the world to know. Does he have that he's in a relationship with you on anything? I highly doubt his friends are saying anything about it if y'all are 21. To me it sounds like he probably has a girl on the side or you are the girl on the side. I would definitely confront him about it all. Make him choose between making you happy and dealing with a little teasing (because your girlfriend is the worst thing in the world right?) or no teasing and being single? I wish you luck. And I hope for the best!
