Missed miscarriage 😞

Hello ,

I was 13 weeks 2 days when I had my prenatal check up! And found out my baby didn't have a heart beat 😭 this is my first miscarriage I have 2 other children they are healthy. They did a ultrasound and found out my baby stop growing at 11 weeks! 😢 I don't know what is next I have no cramping or bleeding.. Next week I have to go out of state.. And I'm tired I want this to be over..

I looked in the internet do you think they will have to do a D&C??
