Exercising pain first trimester

Before I became pregnant I spent a year getting my body into shape to carry my third pregnancy. I had to have two previous c sections and now four years later, my husband and I are believing for a vba2c and our doula and midwife are super encouraging! BUT now while I'm doing my cardio (sweaty Betty's) 40 minute cardio dance routine, my lower belly and what feels like the inside of my thighs, is super uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it's normality not to have these pains. Everything Iv read and been told has said I could keep doing what iv been doing but if I need to tone it down, in happy to do so. Anyone know if it's normal or not? I'm 9 weeks and 1 day!
