How do I know if I'm ovulating on this app or how do I just know in general?

Either basal body temperature, cervical fluid, cervix, ovulation test, progesterone blood test, well timed ultrasound of the ovary, saliva test etc. You shouldn't rely on an app solely for ovulation. I see an app as a guide.

It can't tell you when exactly you will ovulate but it predicts the timeframe that you're likely to ovulate and be fertile every month. Ovulation tests and tracking you bbt and cm can give you a better idea of when you're ovulating than the app in my opinion.

When you log when your period begins and ends it will automatically predict your fertile Window and your next expected period. The days that have the green bubble around it are your fertile days/ when you'll be ovulating. As for your body your discharge can give you hints. Clear egg white like discharge is one sign to tell and increased discharge can be a sign also.
