Last appointment!
Eek! Been for my community midwife appointment today and agreed that we wouldn't see her again until after baby was born! Made it so real that she's coming....soon!
I'm under the care of the consultant at hospital for delivery due to gestational diabetes so any plans from now will come from there rather than community teams.
Baby is 3/5 engaged and having a few contractions a day. Hoping it's not long now!
