3 days late. Likelyhood of getting accurate result if i took a test?

I got a faint positive on a clear blue at 3 days late & waited an additional 2 to retest with a first response and was for sure pregnant taken at 3 and 5 days late!.

I tested on day 3 of being late and it was negative , I'm not at day 7 of being late but I'm scared to test again and it be negative.
