Magic potion please?
Starting to work out again! After a stressful year I've gained a lot of weight and although I was feeling comfortable about that I now am starting to feel self conscious - I'm not over weight I know that but I'm just not ... Me? If that makes sense?
Anyway back to the point , I just wondered if anyone knew any good and successful detox routines I could use to help my tone up and perhaps improve my skin too ? So basically a miracle potion haha!!!
