new side effects

I started lo loestrin probably a little over a week ago. I take it at night so the only side effects are vivid dreams (literally every night since I've started) and nausea if I stay up too long. but now my boobs are starting to hurt as if I'm pmsing. I know I'm not but do they maybe hurt because they've gotten bigger on the pill already? is it normal to have new side effects when I've been taking it for like a week? anyone thing my chest might get bigger?
