I have had lower back pain above my right butt cheek for 3 days now. To the point where I can't walk or move...I'm 4

anyone else have this? I've never ever had this before what can I do to help with the pain?!

Two days ago I had pinkish spotting when I used the restroom but it was gone a few hours later. Just now I used the restroom and saw this again. AF is not due until May 28th, and I am always on time. I did have sex on fertile week! Implantation bleeding?
