Still too early?

So I'm not 100% sure of how long my cycle is but if it's 28 days then my period is due this sunday. I just took a test but it's like five in the afternoon and it's for sure negative. Is there still hope for me? How long should I wait?

I would wait at least two days and use first morning urine.  You're definitely not out yet :) Good luck!
