Help please!!?!??

I have been having a watery discharge on my underclothes but i went to the doctors and she didn't say i was leaking or anything like that. What does it mean? I only went in to see if i was dilated and effaced but if my wayer was leaking do you think she would be able to tell?? Help please...

I wake up the same way or when i am sitting down. I get wet so i asked  my doctor and he told me yesterday when i asked its because the baby is Pushing on my blatter which is helping the leak. If its a lot it would be a different thing but it just a little. Hope that helps. It did me
