TTC - 2nd baby

First time with glow and TTC with baby #2. I have RA and Lupus which causes me not to ovulate normally. Actually to not have cycles normally. While pregnant my Lupus can cause abnormality with the baby. My 1st is 2 and will be 3 in September! Going into month 2 of trying. With the first month no ovulation even with medicine! 😑

Any pointers or comments welcome!
