Cold sore or not?

I noticed this on my husband's lip, I've never had a cold sore, and he's unsure if he has. He said it's gotten smaller since he popped it this morning.

Looks like a pimple to me. Especially if you popped it and gotten smaller. Rub some garlic on it. (Well you have to cut the clove in half first 😁)Nothing likes garlic

Probably just a zip by his lip. Doesn't look like a typical cold sore that I've seen

Cold sores are a tricky thing to tell if they are indeed a cold sore or not. Either way slap some Carmex on there and it should go down :)
