People who have had back labour whats it like?

So my midwife told me because of what way my baby is facing my contractions are likely to start in my back and I m curious to find out from mums who have gone through back labour before and what the feelings an sensations felt like leading up to and being in labour as I've had strange feelings in my lower back the last 2days an unsure if it could be the start of anything.
