Can somebody explain how they rise? Does it start at 1:1 and then go to 1:2 and then 1:3???? I started at 1:8 and now at 1:4 but don't understand how they go up

Theu go up the more  blood your baby has. You body is basically depelting the babies red.blood cells. Those are still really low levels. Mine last week were 1:67 and my baby required  her first blood transfusion.  I go back tomorrow for another one. I started at 1:32 for the first 20 weeks the. At 22.5 jumped to 1:50 which is the minimum for a transfusion and 2 weeks later at 24.5 is when we got our first transfusion with levels of 1:67 . Basicallythe high the second number is the more dangerous it is.

Its something like for every 67 red blood cells your body kills from the baby the baby is only able to reproduce 1.

They calculate it all based off of the growth age and the blood flow in the main arety of the babys brain by doing an mca doppler sonogram.
