So my boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 months (hoping to keep him for a long time). I am currently 15 and he's currently 17. He turns 18 in December. My question is, does the Romeo and Juliet Law apply to us? I live in Tennessee and I know it's different in every state. Now we aren't trying to push having sex I just wanted to know if he could be charged with statutory rape if sex ever happened and we were to get caught.
