Can you still get pregnant? Last period?

Question

I had unprotected sex and I swear he came in me bc as soon as I got off he was already cumin. 
But my question is, can you still be pregnant even after you had your monthly period? I heard you call "your last period".

I've been with this guy for 3 years and not once have I gotten pregnant, so I would be so shocked if I got pregnant. I been slightly cramping in my lower stomach and A pinching feeling by my rib also having off and on lower back pains and chest pains only on the left side? Idk if it's heart burn but I'm just wondering 🙃 btw I took a pregnany test on Monday, May 16 it was negative, my last period was I THINK (guessing) may 8th ???

If you were pregnant they take the first day of your last period

For example mine was march 30 i have a weird period glow says i average 26 days but it always predicted 27 days my longest was 30 and my shortest was 27 days 
But for drs and all my preg apps im 7w2d based off my lmp

they use that day to calculate how far along you are because pin pointing conception is difficult with ovulation dates varying from woman to woman and also a woman may not ovulate the same time every month
