Pineapple to help implantation, anyone know about it?!

Hey my favorite ladies! Anyone know how and what to do for the new pineapple eating thing from 1-5dpo to help with implantation?! I bought a whole pineapple but I'm not sure exactly how to go about it!

It is a thing.. I'm actually watching my sugar intake.. for other reasons but did still cut up a whole pineapple .. I sliced up the core into to long think slices and eat 2 a day for 5 days post confirmed ovulation.. the bromaline in the core is supposed to help with implantation.. good luck!

From what I read, you are supposed to cut it into slices (up and down), and eat one slice, core and all, a day during your fertility period.

Skin the pineapple and slice into 5 round slices. Eat one slice core and all a day. After confirmed ovulation. Before ovulation could change your cm and acidity levels. It's really just the core you need but no need to waste haha

I did the 5 day pineapple thing this cycle and Im currently in my tww wait. Im due for AF on May 25 and have been cramping for 4 days now. Im hoping it worked. Good luck to you.
