35 weeks just had something coming out of me i go to the bathroom and its a clot of blood and im still bleeding

Well first go to the ER. The clot could be your mucus plug. (Which you can loose and reform) happened to me with both my first 2 pregnancies. Then of course I'm not a doctor so I can't tell you what the bleeding is. But get to the ER asap. Goodluck. I hope everything turns out ok.

It's probably your mucus plug. I lost mine in pieces with some light bleeding.
