39+3 pregnant every time I have a contraction about 15 min I get this and sometimes more. Should I go to hospital? Or is this normal

That's actually what it looked like when I was in active labor after my water had broken. Every time I went pee the toilet would look exactly like that. I would go in to make sure it's your waters or not!

That looks like bloody show. My sister had the same and when we went to the hospital to get checked up, she was admitted right away because she started her labor and she was 1cm dilated already.

Totally normal, this was my first sign of labour.

If this is part of the mucus plug it will soon come away and contractions will then get closer you will be in active labour. If you've lost your mucus plug already then this is active labour now and its time to get to the hospital or call your midwife if home birth. Good luck and pray all goes well for you.
