Ignore the jerks. Although i wouldn't do it.. i watched a whole documentary on it and it is supposed to be very good for you. But only you. Eating someone elses can make you ill. So no sharing it. It has a number of benefits to it and several ways to be made. Like turned into capsule pills.. smoothies etc. Some women on here act like shit heads towards someone when they have no idea or wouldn't do something the same. But reality is.. we all have different views. Different cultures and come from very different places. If some of you cannot put forward an educated response i suggest you keep your nasty comments to yourself.

I don't fancy the idea but it's meant to be good for your hormones. I won't be doing it - I don't even eat liver / kidney cos I don't like the idea of eating guts 😂

I'm having mine encapsulated! :) it helps stabilize hormones and prevent post partum depression, heals you up faster, and increases your milk supply! There's more that people think it does but those are the major ones backed up by scientific study. That's enough for me to do it!

I did this. It's gross lol I hated the texture. I cooked it like chicken Alfredo. There's a lot of health benefits of it because of all the nutrients and stuff in it.

Weird yes... but and I am no expert it contains tons of good stuff. So maybe it is beneficial? I'd have it encapsulated if anything because otherwise I couldn't do it. But why not try.

You can get it made into capsules that you can take. I read somewhere that it can help you heal faster. That's the only benefit I can remember but there was other ones as well

I don't think it's so weird if it's encapsulated. It's like a prenatal vitamin on steroids and helps with milk production.
