Hi! The other day I was doing burpees, squats and lunges for time outside. My parents saw me and freaked out saying I'm nuts to still be exercising and jumping like this at 17 weeks. When I told a couple of girlfriends they also said I should be careful, slow down with sports. I have slowed down (from 5 workouts to 3 per week - significantly dereased weight - no more DUs and box jumps, well just sometime...).
Anyone here doing Crossfit? What have modified or scaled down since you are pregnant?
