Car Seats

I had always planned to keep my daughter rear facing as long as possible. She's 25 months, 23 lbs, and 34 inches tall. I'm due early October with baby #2. We bought a carseat for our son on the way, but our daughter was using it as it had cup holders. The vehicle crashed and we are replacing that carseat. My daughter will be 30 months when our son is born. Is that a good age to switch her from rear facing to forward facing? She has a 3 in 1 carseat right now that the baby can use when he's born and we'll get her a five point harness booster seat. The seat she has has a rear facing limit of 37 inches anyway, so she'll be close to the limit when she moves to her new seat. Or should I get another 3 in 1/all in one seat so she can keep her seat and rear face until she actually does reach the limit?
This is the seat we will probably get her.
