Cappuccino ok at 9 weeks pregnant?

Hi all! I know this may be silly but I've been off caffeine ever since getting my bfp but a classroom mom just surprised us with cappuccinos (no one at school knows yet) 😍 Is it fine to indulge in it just this once ? Thanks all! 😋

1-2 drinks per day is considered safe but no more than that. Also, a cappuccino has less caffeine than a regular cup of coffee so if you're having any at all, it's a safe bet! :)

My doctor told me not to go over board and to cut back. However, not to stop completely bc it would give bad headaches!!!

I think it's fine! Most of my friends doctors have said the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee is safe on a daily basis so if you're doing it just once, I think you'd be fine! Enjoy!

It should be ok. I drank coffee all through out my pregnancies and i know everyone is different but all my babies were born healthy and good weight and are all now 9,7, and 5. One cup every now and then should be fine just talk about it with your dr at your next appt if you wanna get the ok.

200 milligrams a day is considered safe. You can find caffeine content of drinks online, especially if it came from a chain that provides that info. Don't forget that chocolate has caffeine too, so if you have more coffee that usual one day then you might want to cut back on chocolate that day to be sure you stay under 200.

I'm a barista. You can have one cup of an espresso drink daily and be fine, so a cappuccino is okay for ya :)
