Drinking water makes me cramp?

I'm also 19w pregnant. Anyway, everytime I drink just plain cold water from the water bottle from fridge, I get mild period like cramps then I have loose bowels after ???? What the hell is wrong with me

Drink room temperature water, ice cold water is bad for your body (they don't tell you that) it takes a lot of energy from you when going through the body just to warm up.

Don't drink water from the frigdge.... It's too cold. Try to drink tea or water mixed with juice... But not  cold. Or: clean the water box in your fridge...
