I don't know if it's me over analyzing  things but I feel some of my symptoms have worn off ..I'm only 9weeks and I go for first ultrasound  in 3 days but I still get nauseous but I don't feel bloated and less crampy ! However at night I have bad back pain on the left side of my back ? And  I research that women can miscarry without bleeding and I scared ! What do you think am I over analyzing or should I relax ?
