Any good tips for constipation
Any good tips for constipation? My belly is so bloated, the ultra scan showed grey clouds which the nurse said was my bowels and I should try and drink prune juice as the pain will only get worse if I don't do something about it! I hate prune juice! Anything else I could try ladies? Anyone else suffering? I've never been regular however now it's even worse. 😩😩
