Omg so bad if it is night time. I can't sleep because it's to painful to lay or sit down. Thank goodness for Netflix I have to stand or walk around and watch Netflix.

Yep super icky nasty cramps that have been bad enough to warrant sitting in the shower or a bath full of super hot water and I've had medications to help the pain, I actually had Misoprostal prescribed a few times to help with cramps

This use to be me, it was so excruciating that not even strong pain killers could get rid of it. I'd basically just have to crawl into a ball and cry and there was nothing else I could do, my periods were very very heavy, I had to change my pads at least 3-5 times a day. And it didn't help that I have polycystic ovaries so I use to skip some periods. But I'm on the pill now and my period has gotten light as ever! I get no cramps. And my period is regular
