What is the best way to get rid of a "under the skin" pimple.

It's under my nose and it's so embarrassing. I've had it for 2 weeks. It's been coming thru so it wasn't obvious. But I messed with it and now it's bad. Please help 😅

Ok here's what you do,
Get an advil, liquid gels are best, first GENTLY wipe the area with witch hazel, not rubbing alcohol, then pop the advil and spread it on there, the inflammation will go down FAST. next, at night put NEOSPORIN PLUS PAIN RELIEF (the cream kind) on it, neosporin is antibacterial n will help kill p-acnes bacteria.
If u can't get liquid gels crush a regular advil or ibuprofen, take some of the white powder (try to avoid the brown coating as much as pissible, it's sugar n bacteria lives suger) and mix it w a few drops of boiling water to form a paste, spread the paste on it.

This is done to models just b4 runway shows when they have a biggie showing.
