Major concern 😔

So I'm a first time mom and my baby was circumcised by the doctor who delivered him three days after his birth; which is my doctor. Immediately after he got his own pediatrician & he is now 7 weeks old. He just went to a recent check up and his circumcision wasn't don't right and his foreskin is back over the tip of his penis 😔 So now he has to go through basically a surgery and awful pain because the doctor didn't do it right 😰 Any suggestions on how I can handle that doctor because my baby should not have to go through this!
