Is it safe to use tampons at night when you are asleep? I've been using them for years but today been told it can be dangerous wearing them when you are sleeping? I change them regularly, I wake up to change it obviously lol

Yeah, what I do is right before I go to bed, I use a Super Plus tampon. First thing I do when I wake up is go change it.

As long as you change it when you wake up it is fine. They recommend less than 8 hours, some sources say less than 10.

I always wear them at night.  They just don't recommend them being in too long but there's no difference at night then during the day.  Just keep changing them.

I think it's discouraged, I do it anyways though- I always end up waking up to pee anyways so I change it then and then as soon as I wake up.
