Sacroiliac joint dysfunction and SPD
Any sufferers like me out there? 27 weeks...all day pain in butt lower back is killing me and legs...cant stand long..cant sit long...and i know it gets worse...doing PT...i dont think it helps much...how do u cope???😩😩😩
