To watch an 8yr old boy 8am to 5pm 5 days a week?

$15/$20 an hour and an additional $3-$5/hour for each child after that.

Depends, is he the only one you're watching?  Is this your only job? Because I would probably charge 50 a day for that, maybe 40 if I was close with the family but those are full time hours and if you're supporting yourself you need to be able to get by. So 250 a week is 1000 a month which depending on where you live and what your bills are should be OK, but I'd probably have another job too because...its expensive to live. Like unless you're living there and get weekends off. Then a thousand a month is reasonable.

Id say 20 dollars a day. Its tough because some people charge like 10 dollars a day, others charge like 40. I always say its negotiable.

My kids get watched Monday through Friday 7am -6pm I pay 167 dollars for each kid I have two kids and I live in California and no I don't get any help paying it ,it's a head start program my kids are 3&5
