Late AF negative test?

My AF was due today, so far she's a no show. Not feeling crampy or anything so no sign she's coming soon. I took a hpt later this afternoon (held my bladder for about 5 hours) and it's about as negative as they come! I had some light spotting pictured below on the 16th (4 days before AF) definitely wasn't even close to enough for a period and only lasted a few hours. I have the pregnancy test and spotting pictured below. Has any one every had a negative test with a late period but still got a BFP ?
