Medical issue rant, I am falling apart and I can't deal anymore

Slipped dics protruding into my sciatic nerve, literally ruining my life, I can barely do anything without being and pain, I was supposed to get surgery but my new doctor is making me redo physical therapy  (my 4th time) and I failed my physical fitness test today because I collapsed in pain, and then had a panic attack and threw up, so I have to retake it now.

Depression meds keep getting the dosage changed so I am sick to my stomach constantly and have headaches 24/7

My hypothyroidism/ hashimotos disease medication makes me have hot flashes and shake constantly, plus I get dizzy and lightheaded and have to sit down. I am out of breath from walking across the room.

I physically and mentally cannot deal with anymore. I am 21 and cannot do anything without being sick or in pain.

Answer

I'd find a new doctor. He shouldn't delay your surgery just because you just started see if him. You were getting it for a reason. In the mean time and im not 100% on if they would. But call some trained in remedial massage (trigger points) and talk to them to see if they think they could benifit you or if its not a good idea.
Depression meds shouldn't be constantly changed. If they feel its not working by now then they should be changing you to something else not continue to arse around with the dose. 
The other i know nothings about.
I'm so sorry you're going through so much so young. Get second opinions and if this doctor cant even look at that and see you clearly need  that surgery and steady meds then id be getting the hell away from him and sending in a complaint. I had a friend who's surgeon acted like his injury was non existent after cutting him open even. He 'cleaned inflammatory' and sewed him up again. Sent him to physio and he never improved only got worse. He was sent to a surgeon out of town who did his own scans and then requested the scans the other doctor did and he said there was visible muscle and ligament damage the first doctor completely ignored. He will never recover fully now. So definitely always get a 2nd opinion if you aren't happy with their reasons or diagnosis. Goodluck xo
