So I think I have spd but sometimes the pain comes and goes. Today I could barely get in or out the car, I had to have my kf n a neighbor kid help me up the three stairs to my house. I have never been to the er for this before I usually just let the pain go away on its own, but I can barely move. I want to lie down so bad but it hurts too bad getting up, should I go to the er or try to stick it out at home?
