Contractions??

So I keep getting light cramping and a tightness on the top right of my stomach... Like a knot. Is that a contraction? They both go away after a few minutes.

How far along are you? Could be Braxton hicks. I just came back from my doctor and he said I meeded to drink more water to keep hydrated because I'm having period like cramps and tightening in my belly. He said if I have 6-10 in an hour than to go into the hospital but to drink 3 liter of water a day!!! If they continue then I'll need an IV. Try drinking a ton of water, laying on your left side and taking a bath. If it doesn't go away time them. Good luck!
