Dizziness a week before period
Hey ladies!!!
Does anyone experience extreme dizziness and/or disorientatated a week before or a few days leading up to your period? If so, what do you do to mange this?!! I find that when anxiety is also more during the week before my period, the dizziness is more severe. I am not on any birth control, but don't know if that would help. Would love to hear your thoughts!!!
