I've been with a guy a few times who had it done, I thought it was awesome for the first few minutes each time we had sex then I got used to the feeling of it and it was just like every other penis lol
His was straight through the penis, Prince Albert style not Jacob's ladder style, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
