I'm 23 and use both tampons and pads. How in the world do you ladies only use tampons????? Lord Jesus teach me your ways!!!!

I've never used tampons, I can't stand them. The only time I will is if we are going to a spa or hot pools or something and I hate it.

I used to use tampons exclusively, but after learning of all the chemicals in them they freak me out! I mostly use cloth pads which I LOVE but sometimes I use organic tampons if I'm desperate.

Tampons exclusively. I don't want to feel like I'm wearing a nappy, and have that sensation of blood flowing out of me. I used to only use pads when I was in in my early teens, and I still have horrible dreams about those days.

I do very very rarely when I have nothing else. It always felt like my crAmps got worse though.

I only use tampons. I tried a pad once and felt like I was wearing a bloody diaper lol. I just change the sizes throughout my cycle.
