What are some things that can be wrong with a gallbladder other than gall stones

Just stops working. If you ever took Yaz birth control it killed mine and my bestie's. It sucks. It was functioning at like 17% when they did the functionality test and said "you can wait til thanksgiving break to get it out"

Two weeks later I was writhing in pain and they did an emergency removal. It had died completely and was grangreening inside me. I was in the hospital almost a week for a normally outpatient procedure.

Like PP said - just not working properly. I got mine removed Jan 19 of this year and I'm glad I did! It was causing me all kinds of pain and misery.

Well gall stones is one reasonor it isnt working like it suppose to or u loose a lot of weight really fast that it cant handle it or the type of foods u eat
