Tailbone feel bruised after Miscarriage and D&C

I was wondering if I was the only one that has a tender or bruised feeling tailbone after miscarriage and D&C? There is no fever or pain in uterus or back at all. Just the slight tenderness of the tailbone as if I fell very hard on my butt, someone hitt me with a baseball bat or something hard was placed under my butt with the D&C?? It's been a week after the prosedure and it is still tender. Just wondering if I should worry, go to the doctor or ignore it.
