Should I go to the doctors?

I'm 8dpo today, at 6dpo I was walking to the kitchen and I had a sudden sharp pain in my lower right side of abdomen and it sent me dizzy and nauseous I had to sit down. I had never had it before so I thought it could be a good sign, maybe implantation. But now I'm not thinking that as I'm having on and off af cramps and I'm convinced af is on her way now 😢 so this pain I had, should I get it checked out? Surely no pain should send you dizzy like that? Any idea what it could have been? I've recently had a pelvic scan two weeks ago and everything in that area was normal so I know it's nothing to do with my ovaries or uterus etc.
