Would you rather an episiotomy or natural tear?

Yikes! I know both of those just make me cringe. However as a FTM I feel I need to be as prepared and educated as possible. This is a wonderful (if graphic) article about everything you need to know about episiotomy and natural tearing and how to void both if at all possible.

I loved it, and thought many other would benefit from reading about what can happen in labour in great detail and how to avoid certain more painful occurrences. Great read, if you can stomach it! 😈
