Could I be pregnant

I ovulated May 11. My fiancé and I bd daily May 6-11. Trying for a girl. I had cramping and a cold on May 16 and went to the dr. They did blood work and tested HCG was at 8. Went back on the 19th and it was 24. She did a pelvic exam and pap because I was having a lot of pelvic pain. She said I most likely was not pregnant. She called me yesterday at 5pm and said upon reviewing my chart that she wants to do more bloodwork on Monday. She thinks implantation could have happened later. My bbt is still rising. My breasts are sore and swollen and I'm still having light pelvic pain.
