3 month old baby?

My baby is 3 months and for the past 2 days he's been sleeping a little more than usual and he doesn't want to eat much he usually eats 4 oz every 3 hours. Today he ate 2oz in 4 hours. Should I be concerned? Take him to the dr?

He's probably going through a growth spurt, which is why he's sleeping more. As long as he's having a enough wet and pop diapers, there isn't a need to be concerned unless he's loosing weight
