Braxton hicks or just constipation?

For the past 2 days I have been getting a light cramp here and there that last fro about 30 seconds and then it goes away. Not sure if it's Braxton hicks or if it's bc I haven't been able to go to the bathroom much. Any suggestions ladies??

Braxton hicks can feel like constipation since its the tightening of your uterus. Real contractions feel similar but are painful and can't do anything during. Hydration is key and try to change positions.

Next time it happens feel your stomach, if it's hard then it's a Braxton hicks

Trying having a glass of pure orange juice, should help you go then you'll be able to see if the pain passes or remains!
