When to test after ovulation?!!

Hey lovely ladies! I had quick question. So I'm on Clomid, took it on Cycle days 5-9. I know I ovulated on Cycle day 18. Hubby & I baby danced every other day including the day I ovulated. When's the best time to take home a pregnancy test after ovulation?

What about those who don't have a periods? Like me, mine are super irregular I didn't have a missed period with my first child. I found out when I was almost 3 months pregnant. Anyway, if you regular I'd say wait until a missed period but if you're like me, go ahead & take one in a week or two. Good luck!
